Lim Wootek is a designer and artist who built his professional foundation for eight years at Samsung Electronics, specializing in industrial design. In 2018, he founded ADAO, where he has directed a wide-ranging design portfolio encompassing IT and medical devices, furniture, packaging, and design objects.

As a conceptualist driven by a pure passion for design, Lim bridges the gap between creative vision and practical implementation, drawing on his extensive experience in mass production processes. He has achieved diverse milestones as an industrial designer, recognized with numerous international design awards and selections for his work, while consistently presenting designs that are both creative and practical.

In addition to his industrial career, he established his second studio, Egosystem, to explore new frontiers at the intersection of design, craft, and art. Through various exhibitions and projects under Egosystem, Lim transcends traditional material-based design, subverting conventional eco-friendly design concepts to create a diverse body of work that inspires people.
